Abstract

This article is devoted to the interpretation of the image of the Grand Inquisitor in the philosophical novel «The Brothers Karamazov» by F. M. Dostoevsky in the works of such writers and philosophers of the Silver Age as V. V. Rozanov, L. I. Shestov, N. A. Berdyaev. The article analyses the religious, philosophical and socio-political aspects of the interpretation of this image.
