Publishing ethics

The names and email addresses entered in this journal site will be used exclusively for the stated purposes of this journal and will not be made available for any other purpose or to any other party.
 
1. The publication of materials in the Journal is free of charge.
 
2. The editorial staff takes the problem of preserving the scientific reputation with full responsibility. Guided by the task of publishing high-quality scientific articles, the Journal takes into account the recommendations of the Committee of Publication Ethics and the experience of international journals.
 
3. The Editorial Board shall not accept for publication any previously published material.
 
4. The Editorial Board undertakes to select publication materials on the basis of the submitted review and on the basis of the criteria adopted by the Journal, corresponding to the norms of scientific ethics as well as legal requirements: avoidance of defamation, copyright infringement and plagiarism.
 
5. The Editorial Board conducts a "blind" review and makes a decision on publishing, rejecting or sending the material for revision within three months from the date of its receipt.
 
6. The Editorial Board undertakes to notify the author of the expected date of publication; in the case of a decision to reject or send for revision - to provide the author with sufficient grounds for this decision.
 
7. In the case of a negative review, the Editorial Board is obliged to provide a copy of the review without attribution to the author upon request of the rejected material.
 
8. The Editorial Board undertakes to verify the material received for publication in the system of verification of borrowed material.
 
9. Editorial staff is obliged to evaluate publication materials based on the principle of impartial attitude to race, gender, ethnic origin, nationality and political views of the authors.
 
10. Editorial pledges not to disclose information about submitted materials to anyone else, except author, reviewers, potential reviewers, editorial staff.
 
11. Editorial pledges not to use materials sent for publication in their own work of editors, reviewers and other employees involved in the work on the manuscript.
 
12. The Editorial Board undertakes to refuse to consider materials submitted for publication if there is a conflict of interest and also to demand from the author to provide information about the existence of a conflict of interest.
 
13. The Editorial Board undertakes to take measures in case of justified complaints of ethical nature regarding submitted or previously published materials: consideration, discussion of the complaint with the management bodies of the Journal, publication of a correction, refutation or a corresponding statement.
 
14. The Editorial Board undertakes to provide qualified experts to review the submitted material for publication.
 
15. Reviewers may provide motivated critical comments and be guided by the following objective scientific criteria for evaluation of an article: compliance with the Journal's profile, scientific novelty, completeness and reliability of research results, relevance, significance, correctness and accuracy of definitions and wordings, style, conclusions.
