Abstract

On 15 November 2017, a ceremony to present state awards of the Russian Federation was held in the Catherine Hall of the Moscow Kremlin. Russian President Vladimir Vladimirovich Putin presented Alexei Ilyich Osipov, Emeritus Professor at the Moscow Theological Academy, with the Order of Friendship.
