Abstract

The issues of spiritual education, its quality, and the motivation of its participants have always been at the centre of attention of the Priesthood of the Russian Orthodox Church. At the same time, legal support for the activities of theological schools at any level is no less important than the educational, economic, administrative, scientific and educational areas. This issue of Praxis publishes a block of materials related to various aspects of these legal relations - state requirements, peculiarities of labour relations and the programme for the development of a spiritual educational organisation as a whole.
