The handwritten tradition of the text «The Legend of the Kolochskaya Icon of the Mother of God» was beautifully developed by L. I. Zhurova. In this regard, this work presents the results of a master’s study devoted to the peculiarities of the text in the Menaion of the four by Hieromonk Herman (Tulupov). Much attention is paid to the spelling of the Legend and its comparison with some other texts from this Menaion.
