The law of God is the moral basis of law

Abstract

The article is devoted to understanding the role of the basic moral law given
by God to man (the Decalogue of the Holy Prophet Moses) in the legal system of the state. The
author analyzes the causes and consequences of the separation of a number of Western states
from the moral basis of law, equaling natural and unnatural relations at the legislative level,
which in practice lead to discrimination against Christians, and also points to Russia's return
to its historical and cultural roots underlying, orthodox faith. The article was prepared with the
