Abstract

The article examines the trends in understanding church-state relations shown in the monograph of priest N. Kuznetsov "Church and State — Fundamental Provisions and Models of Possible Interaction" (2021). The author's position is noted, which allows to separate church jurisdiction from state and public jurisdiction and thereby determine the boundaries of the Church's own right.
