Rules for the submission of scientific articles
 
By submitting an article for publication in the journal, its author confirms that he has read these Rules and fully and unconditionally accepts their terms.
 
Materials for publication are submitted by the author to the journal only in electronic form to the e-mail praxis@mpda.ru
 
Contents of articles
 
The journal publishes scientific articles, reflecting a wide range of problems of modern humanitarian knowledge in the field of theology, canon, state and international law, liturgics and pastorology.
 
The journal includes publications which correspond to the profile of the department and passports of scientific specializations of VAK 26.00.01 (Theology), 12.00.01 (Theory and history of law and state; history of doctrines of law and state) and 12.00.10 (International law; European law).
 
Articles not previously published and not under consideration by the editorial boards of other editions will be accepted for publication.
 
The editors reserve the right to make editorial changes to articles without changing their content.
 
For the publication of articles of postgraduate students and applicants it is obligatory to provide a review of the supervisor.
 
Extent of the articles
 
The recommended volume of articles is 1-2 letters (for qualified specialists), 0.5-0.75 letters (for PhD students). The indicated volume (author's page (a.l.) - 40,000 characters with spaces) is considered on Word statistics together with notes, references, abstract, keywords and information about the author.
 
Entitlement to use the article
 
By submitting a manuscript for publication to the Journal, the author in accordance with paragraph 2 of Article 1286 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation grants the right to use the article in the Journal, including the right for subsequent publication of the text on the official Journal website in the Internet.
 
Authorization of layout of an article
 
PDF-file of the typed and prepared for printing article is sent to the author. The Editorial Board reserves the right to send the original PDF file to the printer in case of absence of response from the author by the deadline specified in the covering letter or in case of the author's response after the expiry of the deadline.
 
Responsibility of the author of the research article
 
The author guarantees that all the data used in his article are real and authentic, his article is not plagiarised;
 
The author undertakes to provide retractions and correct errors if necessary.
