Pastoral Problems in the Book of the Holy Prophet of God Ezekiel

The article deals with the pastoral aspect of the life and teachings of the holy prophet Ezekiel. Items 1, 2, 3, 4 will be devoted to the topic of shepherding through the prism of the biography of the prophet, based on the little information that we have in his book. In paragraphs 5, 6 aspects of pastoral issues in the speeches of the prophet-priest Ezekiel are considered. It is argued that the characteristic feature of the book of Ezekiel is its priestly flavor, and he himself can be called a purely «temple priest». He is the organizer and spiritual inspirer of the post-captive Jewish community. By his preaching, the prophet develops the beginning of the personal moral responsibility of sin, thereby laying the foundations of pastoral counseling.
