"The Biblical Scholia" is a journal created by the Department of Biblical Studies at the Moscow Theological Academy. The publication involves a comprehensive study of the Scriptures of the Old and New Testaments: philology, archaeology, theology, exegetics, hermeneutics and other biblical disciplines. The main aim and purpose of the journal is to acquaint the reader with the current issues of modern biblical scholarship, as well as with the legacy of the Russian biblical pre-revolutionary school, which is the "golden fund" of the national science.
